In order to support customers during the process of using the product, GolfBy would like to send you the following exchange policy (applicable to both online and in-store orders):

  1. Purchased items are non-refundable.
  2. Customers can exchange products only once within 07 days from the date of purchase, under the following conditions:
    • Not applicable to products in promotional programs.
  3. Conditions for applying the exchange policy:
    • Products must still have sales invoice.
    • Products must have intact labels and price tags.
    • Products are not dirty or damaged by external factors after leaving the store.
  4. Products purchased at the store can be exchanged at any store in the GolfBy system nationwide.
  5. The exchanged product must have equal or higher value than the purchased product:
    • In case the exchanged product has a lower value, GolfBy will not refund the difference.
